All day today I’ve been experimenting with render settings and I’m happy to announce that this frame took just under 5 minutes to render! This is amazing, because the image I posted earlier today in the previous post took almost 18 minutes! That means I can now create content that looks great at high resolution 3 times faster…. which means more content for the fans. Good stuff.
Very cute post – you should go for a job at Disney in Santa Ana 🙂
what was the render settings you used?
I used a directional light instead of a daylight system, which reduced the render time significantly. I also used no final gather, and all the other settings were at medium quality.
